Paul - Safety Consultant, Trainer

Paul’s career didn’t start in the mines with a canary, as the legend goes, but his dedication to workplace safety has been just as steadfast. After years in the commercial motor industry and insurance investigation, witnessing the challenges of the post-accident world, Paul decided to take a leap and start Safety 360UK.

His mission: help new and small businesses start on the right path. Today, Paul’s vision drives the company as it supports a diverse range of clients, combining practical safety expertise with a people-focused approach.

Paul has gained NEBOSH qualifications in the General Certificate, Fire Safety and Risk Management and NEBOSH Construction. He is a Technical member of IOSH and Member of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management. Paul is also SSMTS trained and a CSCS White card holder.

To ensure we are continuing to up skill, Paul has recently undergone training in Neurodiversity Awareness, Disability Awareness, Sexual Harassment Awareness for Managers, Safeguarding for all: basic awareness for the screen industries, Tackling harassment and bullying at work and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Awareness.

Leila - Safety Consultant

Leila’s journey to Safety 360UK is anything but ordinary. From her early years working at local bars and the dog track, to the high-pressure world of City reinsurance, she’s navigated life with resilience, adaptability, and a sharp understanding of people.

After retraining as a safety consultant in the pharmaceutical industry, Leila found her calling at Safety 360UK. Now a mum of two and owner of three cats and a dog, Leila enjoys helping clients to manage health and safety in a no nonsense way with a genuine passion for making the workplace safer for all.

Leila has a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, along with the NEBOSH General certificate and NEBOSH Fire Safety and Risk Management and is a Certified member of IOSH. Leila is also a CSCS White card holder.

Recent training taken includes Neurodiversity Awareness, Disability Awareness, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Awareness and an ongoing course to obtain the ISEP (formerly IEMA) Certificate in Environmental Management.

Geoff - Fire Safety Specialist and Trainer

After more than 20 years as a Station Commander with Cambridgeshire Fire Service, Geoff brings a wealth of practical fire safety experience to Safety 360UK. Calm under pressure and unflappable in any situation, he translates complex regulations into clear, practical guidance for clients.

When he’s not delivering on-site training, Geoff is usually tackling DIY projects at home. Reliable, knowledgeable, and approachable, he’s our go-to expert for all things fire safety.

Lesley - First Aid Specialist and Trainer

Lesley brings over 20 years of public service experience across the Police and NHS, where she trained as a registered Operating Department Practitioner. Her calm, professional approach ensures first aid techniques are both effective and reassuring.

Outside of work, Lesley loves musicals and providing event first aid, from village fetes to large concerts. Her true passion, however, lies in teaching and sharing knowledge. At home, she enjoys life with her two children and two cats, balancing family with her dedication to safety education.

Binky - Security

Binky may not bring traditional expertise to the team, but she more than makes up for it as our resident napping specialist. Always on high alert (between naps, of course), she’s the first to announce any visitors, saving them the trouble of knocking.
