Paul
Paul is the owner of the business. It is said that he started in the mines with only a canary for the company, hence why safe working practices have always resonated with him however, in reality, Paul’s working history brought him from the commercial motor industry and into insurance. Here Paul experienced the post-accident world and following many frustrating years with less than considerate or conscientious employers he took redundancy and started Safety and Health. The intention was to start new and small businesses off on the right track. This business has grown and now provides a wide range of services to an eclectic bunch of clients
Leila
Leila has had a chequered past, leaving school and spending time at the dog track and local bars, her role was serving an array of clientele before starting a career in the cutthroat world of the big city. Working for a large re-insurer it wasn't long before she settled and started a family leaving the bright lights behind. Retraining as a safety consultant and developing those skills in the pharmaceutical industry before finding her calling at Safety 360UK. Leila who now has two children and three cats has worked hard to achieve her Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety she brings balance, peace and personality to the team
Geoff
Geoff retired (No he’s not that old) after a stint of over 20 years as Station Commander for Cambridgeshire Fire Service. He now brings calm and a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. As our resident fire safety expert, when he’s not doing a bit of decorating and DIY can usually be found providing on-site training to our wonderful clients.
Lesley
Lesley is a qualified and experienced instructor with over 20 years in public service, her career spans significant roles in both the Police and the NHS. Within the NHS, Lesley was a registered Operating Department Practitioner, so her techniques are guaranteed to make you sleep! Lesley has a passion for musicals and whilst the noise abatement order prevents her from belting one out, she is often found in a field at the weekend providing event first aid cover for anything from village fetes through to a full-on concert. Lesley’s true passion lies in teaching. She, like the rest of the team loves to share our knowledge and has a passion for what we do. With 2 children and 2 cats, she is often found at home enjoying life.
