  • We have used safety and health limited for over 7 years to train the teams at all Rise Gym sites.  Paul has been our trainer every year - he makes the course fun and informative. The course structure is great and they always allow for time at the end for any extra first aid questions we may experience and need the answer too within the gym, which may not be on the schedule. Some people can find courses quite scary and overwhelming, this course is the opposite. The trainers are very helpful and understanding.  I can say that we will continue to book safety and health Ltd for our team training for the foreseeable
