Emergency First Aid
1 Day
Suitable for low-risk workplaces, this one-day course covers a range of common incidents that can occur in the workplace. Starting from the roles and responsibilities of a first aider, assessing the incident, and incorporating CPR and defibrillator use, the actions required when managing an unresponsive casualty, recognising and providing immediate care when dealing with seizures, choking, shock, wounds, bleeding and minor injuries amongst others.
This course includes all the knowledge and skills you will need as a first aider to ensure that you can react positively in an emergency.
All successful delegates will receive an accredited certificate valid for a three-year period. We do however recommend that training is refreshed annually.
Level 3 Award in Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace
2 days
Taught exclusively by Lesley, our highly experienced trainer, the course focuses on identifying the early signs of mental health problems enabling intervention and initial support to individuals who may be experiencing a mental health crisis. Early intervention can significantly improve outcomes and prevent situations from escalating. Mental Health First Aid teaches practical strategies and techniques for offering immediate assistance to someone in distress. Participants learn how to approach and communicate with someone experiencing a mental health crisis, offer reassurance, and guide them toward appropriate professional help
Basic Life Support and Safe use of an AED
Half Day

With an estimated 30,000 out of hospital cardiac arrests occurring every year in the UK alone, make sure you are prepared. This course is designed to teach you the skills
needed to administer safe, prompt and effective basic life support and use an AED safely in emergency situations.
First Aid at Work
3 Days
Suitable for workplaces that have the potential for higher risk injuries, this three-day course covers a everything taught in Emergency First Aid but also includes the actions required when managing broken bones, fractures and dislocations, seizures and epilepsy, anaphylaxis, asthma attacks, stroke and heart attacks.
All successful delegates will receive an accredited certificate valid for a three-year period. We do however recommend that training is refreshed annually.
A two-day Requalification course can be undertaken prior to expiry of your First Aid certificate.
First Aid at Work Requalification
2 days
Suitable for anyone who has a valid First Aid at Work qualification. This two day course reinforces everything taught in First Aid at Work and ensures your knowledge remains valid and maintains your certification.
This course must be completed prior to expiry of your current First Aid at Work certificate
