Cardiac Arrest

Over 80% of cardiac arrests happen within the home.

Only 7.8% of out-of-hospital cardiac arrest patients survive beyond 30 days.

Although over 70% receive CPR from bystanders, public-access defibrillators are used in fewer than 10% of cases.

Using a defibrillator within 3-5 minutes can increase survival rates to 50-70%

Attend one of our fully accredited Emergency First Aid or First Aid at Work courses which are run monthly to learn CPR and defibrillator use.

If you do not have the time to attend currently these two resources give you the opportunity to learn CPR interactively.
